We differentiate ourselves in different ways
with different areas of the market, so on the low end, the customers have limitations
on segmentation, automation and that’s something that we can provide them with. In the mid
area of the market, typically it’s our ease of use and being able to talk to our particular
team and can support them with the digital marketing strategy. And at the top end, some
of the issues that customers with large platforms use or have is that they are a bit cumbersome,
they find them difficult to use and they’re very expensive, and we’re able to help in
those areas too.
