We’ve been with NetSuite since 2011. At RST Brands we have two different product lines, outdoor furniture, and also a home organization system; Flowwall. And we sell those directly through our websites. We wanted to make our websites better, and we knew that we wanted to make it faster, we needed to make it to our people could search things easier, and we need it to make it to where it was responsive, so people could check on their phones, on their tablets, and their desktop. And the Advanced StoreFront was a perfect thing that would help solve those things for us. We looked at the opportunity to get on Advanced Storefront platform as a great opportunity to grow our business. And what i mean by that is NetSuite had developed such a tool that would make us better but we knew we needed a partner that could help us really get that product out there. And what happened is you took the Advanced Storefront and Tavano Team and how the worked with out team, and it really produced an opportunity to have a great product be released and have a great working environment between the Tavano Team and my team, and Advanced Storefront to produce what we feel is a great website that is going to be moving us forward and achieve the goals that we have at RST Brands. Right after we launched the re-design with Tavano we instantly saw a lift in our revenue on our websites We saw people staying on our websites longer, viewing more pages, using their mobile. Everything we needed from the Advanced Storefront we gained instantly once the redesign that Tavano helped us with was released. One of the earliest successes that we had was with Advanced Storefront we knows how it reviews on our website. And instantly our sales team were able to engage with customers and these great reviews we are getting on our product are now getting up on our website. They are promoting our product and turning into additional sales. It was an instant success as soon as we went live. At RST Brands we sell not only through our own website but through other channels, and it’s a strategic goal of ours to increase from 7% to eventually have that be 30 to 50% of our businesses on our own websites. By releasing the Advanced Storefront through Tavano Team we know that we are on the path to get those goals. Knowing that we needed to improve our websites, knowing that Advanced Storefront would provide that for us, and knowing that we had a Tavano team that could help us execute those plans, we really feel like the whole process has made it to where we were successful. That we hit our goals on that one project but going forward, we have all the confidence that we can use Tavano Team on a big project like this, hit our goals and our deadlines, and beign able to really move our business going forward.
