REAL Uncut Ep. 4 – Our Biggest Real Estate Investing Wholesaling Event Yet!

Gotta watch yo man. That’s the beauty of the streets. Look at me and my — That shit Beauty & the Beast. $100K month. NET. What time is the event? Tomorrow it’s 9 AM. I can’t find CO2 guns for the life of me. Brother, brother, let’s talk solutions. What did we have last time?
Which one do we need to get? Let’s talk solutions. But I’m also glad you’re
getting a megaphone today. Cause all those people tomorrow,
it’s hard as hell to hear. Just a hundred people here, it’s hard. It’s deep bro. I mean you got to remember
there’s three buses. A hundred people in here,
it’s really hard. But it’s gonna be wild. These next three days are gonna be wild. I promise you guys have
never seen anything like this. There’s very few people in the real
estate wholesaling community, that are actually teaching what they’re doing. So we literally unveil everything. And you guys see on the board, this week, $82,000 in assigned. We’re adding another $20,000 tomorrow. So $100,000 in a week. And that’s where I want to get you guys. That’s the goal to get you guys doing
$100,000, $4 million dollars a year. And look man, I’m super excited for everyone here. And I just want to thank you guys for believing in me. Thank you so much. Honestly. There’s a lot going wrong. The venue, they played our music all messed up. So, that’s what I’m saying. Stressed. Because I am. Dude remember, Calma. It’s all good. The event isn’t going exactly
the way we planned it, right? We forgot the CO2 tanks
the girls are here, the freaking slides aren’t working.
They’re all over the place. But you know what?
I got a lot of peace. In life things don’t go exactly the
way you plan every single time. But at the end of the day it goes
exactly the way God plans it. You know what I’m saying? And God’s plan, is always perfect. Let’s crush this show baby. Oh my gosh. Everybody say
Real Empire real quick. 1, 2, 3! How do I handle
marketing, taking calls, if I work, you know,
12 hours a day, sometimes six days a week, and I do have a parent
that I’m also taking care of? Let’s help her get her first deal. We just opened in Houston, you guys are a lot more
experienced than I am, but let’s help her get her first deal. And I’m sure people in Houston
who raised their hands you have to be networking, people in Houston will help
you get those leads, and that’s what I would
be doing is cold calling. So if you making calls and
schedule appointments, I already have a team that can
be the boots on the ground for you, and then you go ahead and close your deal. Let’s go! Thank you very much. Whenever we take these calls live, if we get a contract and we
click a button in Podio, it says boom, contract received. We put the contract value, and what
we think we’re going to sell it for. The Plecto immediately automatically updates and like, it lights up the
board and says like, $20,000 deal just secured by Logan. So it gives the actual
acquisition person’s name, $20,000, and then you’ll see the
quarterly number raised. And if something’s assigned,
same thing with sales. If it’s assigned on this side,
which is our sales side. We have three salespeople. If it’s assigned, it’ll then pop up as assigned,
same exact thing. So I’m gonna get you
guys the log in right now. Carlos by himself in a quarter
can sell like $600,000. He can close $600,000 just by himself. So you really only need
one in the beginning. This is actually heavy. Yeah I need to work out more. So, you know, we give back
to families that need. That are in need, that
have disabled kids. It’s super touching to me and my heart. You know, multiple times we’ve cried. I’ve seen families cry.
Just, it’s really touching to me. We also give back big to alternative schools. So I went to alternative schools. So these are the two things
that are dear to my heart. I highly suggest you guys
figure out what that is for you. What that is for you and
your companies as well. You want your people sharing in that. It’s an incredible feeling. It really is. Alright, so um, how would you describe
this event to a friend? This weekend, was a kick in the butt. I’m blown away.
I mean, I really am. Raphael is the real deal,
just like Real Empire is. It took me from just getting deals
to actually building a business. At the event I’m getting brain damage. At the event, okay, we closed our 12 units. Every big seven-figure operator that I know, has attended this event now. People that I already know are
putting on their own events, doing hundreds of deals a year, yet coming here to learn those
things from Raphael. The content that you receive
here and the authenticity is just pretty much off the charts. I knew it was going to be a great event. I didn’t know it was going to be this great. He gave everything, he
even took us to the office. I get why they call it REAL. He just takes it to a different level. There’s so many light bulbs
that go off when Raphael speaks, that makes a lot of sense. It’s almost stupid not to
be a part of the program. Yeah, this is a no-brainer investment. It’s more than you would ever anticipate. You’re definitely drinking from a faucet. At the end of the day, what I know
is that what’s being taught, is there’s jewels being dropped. Oh man. I feel like, you know, I can start closing some deals right now. You know, just the energy levels. You should learn from these
people. It’s just crazy. It’s the best decision I’ve made in 2019. Guaranteed. Scared money don’t make no money. It’s the truth. But I can say that again or something else.
