k-eCommerce Success Story: Wireless Giant


Wireless Giant got started almost 20 years ago by selling pagers, and we’ve slowly grown through Nextel phones, Verizon, Sprint, Cricket, and Boost dealers nationwide, to now helping airports, other consumers, other retailers nationwide fulfill their orders through our warehouse. What makes it really nice with k-eCommerce is that we’re allowed to have a different price level per customer. So for example if we have a Sprint dealer, we can give them price level A, and also they only see the catalog for products they would be interested in. In 2014, Wireless Giant decided to look for an eCommerce solution for their B2C and B2B sales channels. k-eCommerce provided us with a great customer service. They exceeded all of the expectations. What makes k-eCommerce really nice with our system is as soon as an order is placed online, it shows up within 30 seconds on our end and we’re able to fulfill it very easily. Customers are allowed to see the whole quantity that we have, so it makes it really nice. So if Customer A wants to order a hundred of something, it allocates that, so that when Customer B comes in they’re not double ordering, creating shortages on our end. Since Wireless Giant deals with different businesses, you can assign different catalogs for these sets of B2B customers. And k-eCommerce solution helped us in managing that aspect of our business. One thing I really liked about working with k-eCommerce was that the communication back and forth was really good. We had what we wanted our website to look like in our heads, and once we were able to communicate to them, they were more than willing to help us get to that level of where we needed to be. And everything we’ve asked for up to this point has been fulfilled in a timely manner.
