  1. I think this is such great advice! Why wouldn't we want to stand out to our clients? I had a car insurance agent who I dropped along with the carrier I had at the time because I was mad at them and he never offered me a different carrier until it was too late. Side note your dress is super cute!

  2. It helps the client feel more secure with you when you admit there will be difficult or upsetting situations as in any relationship.

  3. Do your clients know much about the insurance they are purchasing? Probably not. That's why they work with an insurance professional. Be their professional independent insurance agent and truly help them.

  4. It's important to build realistic expectations. Also a good agent will always under promise and over deliver while not sugar coating things.
