  2. About " reading comments" in the first seven minutes of the video. You always said the importance of reading peoples comments to know what they (the audience) want and I have notice that some youtubers like my comments when they are "good comments about them or the video" and ignore when I post something I didn't like about the video or disagree with them.

With this I am not saying that I am looking for a rewarding "like" from everybody when I post a comment, BUT I believe "bad comments" should be address too or been take it into consideration the same way as the good ones. I know there is a lot of hate around social media but there is a difference between a hate comment and a "I didn't like this about your video". Of course, a creator can't please everybody but there is always a middle point.

  3. Gary… so in this video you just shined a light on something personal that I look towards you for advice simply because I work for my dad.

Now before I started watching you. I'm pretty sure I felt entirely more entitled then i do now. Mow! Today you mentioned waiting and respecting the fact they built it. But what if they didnt build it themselfs. My dads company started in june 2001 I've been busting my ass for my dad making the same amount as the person that just starts or even less. Sense January 2006.<(that's when I graduated and started full time) 2002-2005 I'd work every break and weekends. No vacations no breaks. I started at the vary bottom never once did I get a spring break trip, Christmas vacation, summer trip, class trip. Now I love listening to you I'm trying to get though to my dad that I'm just trying to help but hes still I feel is being greedy and selfish. Cause he didnt build the company WE built it. And I've been a Co-Owner of the company sense 2014. But still to this day we work off a commission basis. 25% off all profit we bring in.. I'm still making just as much as the guy who just starts. I drive the shitest truck on the fleet while my dads guys get the newer ones just so they can fuck um up I gotta pay for my own gas out of my 25% the other guys have company gas cards. My dad claims he works more but if you call taking naps at the office work then yes hes correct. I feel burnt out and I know I could go into work for myself. But in doing so my first attempt will probably make both of us fail my dad will probably lose everything if you saw the books and take my word for it the company we have can't lose more then 1 major customer. For us that's "property management companies" if I left I know I could take at least 50% of the work from 3 of them and over a short time probably be getting 75% or more cause im the one everyone has to call to fix the fuck-ups my dad is license In Plumbing and gas and a lot more knowledgeable in those two then me. But I have my residential and commercial hvac. Lic. And I know Plumbing and gas I did that for 10+ years. Plus i use Google and technology where my dad has a hard time setting up an email. I'm torn between going off on my own and probably ruining what my dad has going or staying loyal and being patient. Another option is to move to another town and start from scratch. As another devision of the current company witch ultimately is my goal are licenses are good throughout the whole state. So my 5 year plan that's been my five year plan for over 5 years. Is to dominate the current town were in one of us stays and watches over it another moves into a small town right outside a really big one a couple hundred miles away and starts up in the small town while slowly creeping into the bigger one until we get are foot in with are preferred type of customers. Then training someone to take over paying them good enough to not leave. And repeating eventually when the company can run itself or me AND my father can do what hes doing getting licensed in the neighboring states.and repeating. Be Arizona witch is booming, Colorado, West Texas. And 10 years from now I'd like to be living in Utah. Im 31. 32 in a couple weeks actually. I got 2 kids 5yr old boy, 3yr girl. 2 baby mama's. And I dont get to see my son at all havent seen him sense he was 18 mo. And my Daughter I get 50/50 I have her Wednesday starting 530-till Saturday or Sunday depending on the week. If I moved her mother said she'd be ok with us switching to one week on one week off. But I would have to do the parenting alone witch will be hard. No family to help me with my daughter or even friends nothing. Also a 2nd daycare bill witch isnt cheap. Also occasional babysitter when shes sick or doesnt have school. Also I'll have to make the commute once a week. About little under 400 mile drive. Currently I feel so burnt out ive thought about getting into some other carrier path. But my last almost 20 years this has been all I did. Im also extremely good at not just the labouring part but also leading and even the back side like office and relationships marketing. I know the whole business where my dad is a micro managing stress bringing manipulative dick. And little bit of a narcissist. I see most his traits in myself but caught them and I have to purposely focus on them to ensure I dont do them. "Being self absorbed, selfish, charming just to manipulate situations or other people's decisions, greedy, gossiper, lying, cheating, lacking empathy or failing to be more open minded and also "admitting when I fuck up or I'm wrong or just dont know." < probably my dads biggest issue I don't think hes ever done anything wrong according to his reality. I've listened to you for a while shit over 3 years maybe over 4. And one time you talked about being patient so I'm trying but FUCK! My dad spends money faster then we make it most the time anytime theres a big job or a season like heaters and a.c's he starts shopping around to blow the money before it's even in the bank. One season I made him my self over 180'000 in just under 3 months. Doing a.c's (oh that's another thing too I feel a little guilty one time I was getting a tattoo I got off at 430, went to my boy he was about an hour into it and there was an emergency call. I told my dad no i was busy and noone else would answere him. So he went he used to be way over weight 6'2" 405 lbs. It was a air conditioner not working. Short roof only 7 ft high but when he got to the top of the ladder bottom kicked out and he went straight down landing on one of the steps shadering his ankle. It's not my fault but he did get a life long injury because I chose not to go and no one else would answere. There was two other guys full time and three helpers. So I know it's not at all entirely my fault

  4. is hitting licks on the industry in the music industry long term if you invest the money right or is that startup culture? @garyvee

  5. The best example of how to take all of attention: Gary Vaynerchuck. You already did it on worldwide scale and many are thanking you (even I), but the problem is most of us will still pay attention to you and don't do anything you say. And that's why we're way behind you. Thanks for that! (I trully mean it)

  6. In case that one person of your team see this, I would really appreciate if you could pass this text to Gary 🙏🏻🙌🏻 thank you very much

Hey Gary, I care for your time so I’ll go straight to the point! I’m getting into the hustle stuff and all that, but my dad (52 years old) he is soo into his comfort zone, sleeping all day, getting stressed easily, not working out, drinking a lot, I can’t see motivation when he goes to work… I try to help him but It’s not working. What’s your advice for my situation? I’m huge fan off your life’s purpose and it’s impacting lot of people here in Brazil and in all over the world I believe 🙏🏻🙌🏻

  7. I watched one of your videos for the first time a couple days ago and I’ve been binging on your content. I decided to try your advice to post content on TikTok. I only posted 5 videos. Within 24 hours, I was gaining more views, follows and engagement than I ever would on YouTube. I honestly couldn’t believe it.

  8. It took me over a year of listening to Gary’s content before it really clicked. When I first started consuming the content, it was more for motivation to do something but I never knew what exactly.

Then all of a sudden one interview, something said really resonated with me and resulted in a shift of how I produce content. And with that, my YouTube channel was born 😆

  9. Hear is what i heard – Its all your fault you not on the plantation. Become the strong man. A tax cuck and a sociopath supporter. Become rich enough you get the contacts to avoid Tax.

As much as i half like what he is saying. It will only be temporary till the system crashies and it will crash. Thats how the rich become rich. control the money supply, crash currency, buy property on the dolla and the middle class support and pay for it all.

  10. Add that phone number to the title section so that when we click on it, it adds it adds it as a contact to our phones. Otherwise we have to rewind the dam.n video, get a pen and paper, write it down, then add it to our phones contacts!

  11. I'M SO GRATEFUL THAT I CLICKED OFF AT 0:43. WHY? B/C I HATE SOME FUCK WHO IS GOING TO SOUND GODDAMN INTENSE EVERY SECOND WHILE TALKING, AS IF EVERY SINGLE FUCKING WORD WERE A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH. AND IT'S ALL HIS STUPID EGO PROJECTION, WITH IMAGINED LIFE AND DEATH IMPORTANCE PLACED ON THINGS THAT ARE ELEMENTARY, OLD, AND RESOLVED.

  12. Hello Gary and team, lots to absorb…..working on incorporating these strategies. Thanks for all that you do for us. So refreshing.🦋

  13. Would love to hear anyone’s thoughts on creating ads. vs creating posts and boosting them. Is there a difference? What do you recommend?

  14. Garyvee is the mannnn! I have taken all of garrys advice. jumped out of my comfort zone and now I am on target to make a million! I've even just created a YouTube to follow my progress my first vlog is due to drop in 10 minutes. I would love some support / feedback so please hit subscribe and check it out. peace

  15. "I'm always putting whats working yesterday, through massive friction of as that behavior is best today" My english is not strong enough to understand this sentence, can anyone please be kind and explain it to me?
    also these lines : 21:55 and 32:00

    Thank you in advance.

  16. Hi Gary, really like the content.

When I discovered you on the back of Amy Landino your brash no nonsense approach really surprised me but I grew to really respect you once I learned more of your background/philosophy.

I am glad your fighting the good fight and encouraging people to wake up and leave their delusional lives in search of a better life through good old fashioned hardwork.

If your ever in the UK, I would love the opportunity to meet you.

    Take care.

  17. Hey Gary, what's the best way to get attention to my handcrafted candle business. Not sure where to go in terms of social media. My head is exploding with it all. Love the videos by the way

  18. I’ll be honest I started my business a year ago because I had the skills and sales drive I listened to the wrong people and gave into the payroll again leaving behind what I started due to insecure minds. I’ve just seen you videos and talk it’s inspired me to try again thank you 🙏

  19. Hey Gary, I wish I could joint the message community, but I am outside the USA, and by the incompetence of the telecommunication companies, I can't receive those messages. Can you suggest something? Thanks a lot

  20. He is the man. Listen to what he says and apply it and most importantly Commit!!!! I will do whatever it takes to achieve my goal on Youtube and be my own Boss in 2020! Set a goal and shoot for it! My first goal is to reach 1000 Subscribers by the end of 2020!!! Never give up!

  21. Here's a perfect example of why Gary's stuff makes sense and how companies don't understand the customer. My wife and I were recently shopping in Barnes & Noble; which is rare. But I decided to give them some money because I wanted a book right then and there. We noticed the same book on their web site, not Amazon's, was $3 less. I asked the clerk if she would honor the online price at bn.com. She said, "That's marketplace!" To which we replied, "That's not you?" She says, "Yes, but we can't control what price they use." Lost two customers standing in her store with money in hand, and she turned us away BACK TO AMAZON! How stupid that people don't understand how to make us (the customer) happy.

  22. easy loaded 10,000 into my account, I texted him on 6 1 2 3 61 4523, he asked for few details and after it all I got the money

  23. Loved the ad about Carol!! Genius Gary. And I was one of those who thought he was full of sh* when first saw him …

  24. He is 100% correct. I've built my business in the exact same way, and strangely I knew it was the right thing to do. I guess because I'd seen so many direct mail pitches, it became obvious that that game had a shelf life and was far to predictable. I don't have a massive niche, but I'm a player in it due to these concepts Gary talks about. Keep up the great work, and may I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas, and continued success in 2020 and beyond.

  25. Thank you Gary! I get why you should make content every day. But I need to explain it to my boss. How can I measure the “ROI” of the content? What metrics can I show him? Greetings from Chile 😉

  26. Dude, the advice you gave these lawyers is dope asf. I have been on the mock trial team at my college for 4 years and if lawyers were more open about their practice, online, it could've really benefited someone like me

  27. I was almost going to live in my car and this web-site saved me look up in Google this without gaps PaidHomeEasy .c om
