HOW TO BE A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESSMAN (7 STEPS TO INSANE BUSINESS GROWTH)

I’m not proud of this film because of the lighting, I speak too much, the editing, my language, and I could go on. I actually was about to delete it and start all over. That would be one more day of work. And then I thought, “Okay, there’s learning in this too.” And I want to share that learning with you. Perfectionism kills speed, it kills growth, it kills you slowly. So I decided to let this video be unperfect, and that is perfect. And that brings me to my last warning. Number three, the seven steps. The seven steps that I will share with you in this film, if you follow these steps all through, you will create insane growth in your business and in all areas of your life. Before explaining the seven steps, I want to make sure I did explain a couple of things to you. Number one, most entrepreneurs, they have a dream of what they to want to achieve. Most of them they want more money, yes, and ultimately they want freedom. Freedom to buy what they want, to do what they want and when they want and a feeling of freedom, freedom inside. And also for most entrepreneurs a kind of a call to go out and serve on a bigger level with the gift the individual knows he or she has. But, and this is a big but, most entrepreneurs I spoke to, and that is around 1,000 entrepreneurs in the last couple of years, they do have this dream, but they are trapped. They’re trapped of running around in circles, burning time and money, but not getting the results that they actually want in their business and life.
And it’s a hardcore fact that this situation is burning the entrepreneur totally in both ends. I mean the business owners I spoke with, they understand the stress of not knowing if they can pay the next bill. And at the same time they’re working a big part of the 20 hours a day off with their business. And their families are just getting more and more invisible. They don’t see their dad or mom anymore and they don’t talk to them. I even had people, clients that I worked with when I start working with them in the beginning of the program, they told me the fact that they sit at the dinner table just beside their kids. The kid asked their mother to pass something to them. They didn’t even see their father.
This is stress big time and now this doesn’t mean if you are a mom or a dad, doesn’t matter if you’re a parent and you see your family, they just see you as being more and more visible. This is tearing people apart and if you didn’t already watch that video with me explaining the 31 top hot, burning questions or problems that came from a thousand entrepreneurs, well I put the link in the description below so you can go and watch that video because it will help you, maybe you can relate to some of those questions and problems, but it will also help you to understand the seven steps that I’m explaining here even more.
The second thing before explaining the Seven Step formula to insane growth. Second thing, I relate to all of this what I’m talking about with pain and stress, and I relate with the entrepreneurs that I have interviewed, and the 31 burning hot questions I speak about in the earlier movie, I relate to this because I’ve been there. I worked my ass off for nearly 10 years to achieve something. This was in a job, but then I had my side business. I did things besides that to create a situation in my life with financial freedom. The fact is, in 2007 financial crisis was all over the world and that hit me too. So at the worst point I was like more than a million US dollars in debt. I was so close to getting declared bankruptcy and I couldn’t see how I, by any chance should escape from this situation.
Well, I will explain this story in another video, go deep in details with it, but the fact is I came out of that situation. I was in a job at the time, but I came out of this situation. I have no more debt, I’m out of all of that, I can tell you that I feel free now and I use these seven steps. So let’s dive into those. Go ahead and in the comments below, write where you are right now, what is the biggest issues you had in your business when we’re speaking about growth?
So step number one, the thing I experienced working with clients all over the world now is first of all that a lot of entrepreneurs, they are running around in circles, not having enough time to grow their business and to be with their families. And the solution to this, this is the first step, remember this, I call this the clean and commit step, simply cleaning up the stuff that’s not necessary to look at and not necessary to have in the business and life. Yes, get rid of it. This action alone has created insane results in my client’s lives. And where most people spent their whole life doing unnecessary things, my clients have cleaned up in a week or two and they love that feeling.
And commit to move forward, you got to make changes, do things differently. This mean you’ll need to put energy into this and you will need to take a good look at yourself in the mirror and commit to the bigger and better version of you and your results. Now this is not an easy step, but this is the first step to change your business and life. As I speak here now I have the idea of creating a clean and commit challenge. I will post the link below in the description as soon as that idea is actually happening. And this takes me directly to the next step.
Step number two. Step number two, that’s you. I mean step number one, we couldn’t dive into two, three, four, five, six, seven before actually there’s been a cleanup, so there’s some time and also a commitment to move on. And step number two, it’s kind of same thing here because I do mean you. There is a reason why the most successful entrepreneurs talk about 80% of success is psychology, 80% and the deeper my clients and me, myself, and I, dive into ourselves. The more obvious it becomes that our outer world is just a reflection of what’s going on in our inner world. And most entrepreneurs, they are running their lives on autopilot, reacting to business issues and problems without actually being aware of what’s going on and what is happening inside of them.
This means they’re spending most of their time and energy in reaction mode. The you step is all about creating the you that in the future, live the life you want to live so you can move towards that person and on the way, say thank you and good bye to the parts of the you that doesn’t serve you anymore. And this is not an easy step, but it’s possible. It’s possible doing it. And the good thing is each time we will release some of the past of our old self that’s not serving us and stepping into a new and better version, we will feel it. We’ll get more motivated and actually you just become even more excited about this.

Step number three, all the clients that I worked with started with step number one and two before moving on. It’s very, very important to understand this because I mean what does it help to learn new business strategies and learn new ways of contacting someone or you need to put time into sales and marketing and these things, if you can’t even squeeze 15 minutes more into your life and you’re already stressed? Doesn’t help anything. So one and two as the first ones. And step number three here, very important. This is where you begin to make the actual steps to make more money, actual steps to make more money. This step is so freaking vital in growing your business to learn this step correct. And this is where the money begin to freely flow abundantly. Did you get that? Freely flow abundantly. Have fun with this, to your business and into your life.
This is the step where the safe is beginning to open, you know, safe, an old safe. You have like and you open the safe and the money is there and you will begin to see the results in your life and in your bank account. Now, I mean the first time that I understood this step in business, I got excited. I got really excited. I was bad at it before I began to do this. I got excited and actually I must admit that I became admitted to to do it again and again and again. This step is about attracting your dream clients or customers and get paid for the value that you deliver. Some people call this marketing and sales and you could call it that, but what about this version that I’m telling now? Attract dream clients and/or customers and get paid for the value that you deliver. Yes?
When step three is in place and you know exactly how to attract and get paid the right amount, you’re ready to take off, and now it’s time to begin the path of the real growth. Again, most entrepreneurs, they’re running in circles and are not investing their energy and time where they actually make the biggest difference. So depending on your kind of business, online or you’re out in the physical world and delivering your services, it might be that step number four and six needs to change here, but you’ll figure that out, I know that, I’ll trust you.
So let’s dive into step number four and here we need to make sure that now it’s not about you anymore because let’s face it, there is only 24 hours in a day for all of us, which means that if you keep doing this stuff yourself, there will be a limit on what’s possible for you. Again, keep in mind if you’re doing online stuff, it might be very much easier. But if you’re out in the real world doing stuff, there’s 24 hours as a limit in your time. So to create insane growth and I mean insane growth, step four is building a team, building a team around you. But not only a team, what you really want is to create a championship team, a team that breathes your company’s DNA and serves your vision.
When I was co-creating the Coffee Shop company in Denmark, we went from zero to around 500 people in my team and I learned a lot about teams. I learned a lot about creating an organization, building a championship team, and there’s a lot of different aspects of this, but this is all from how to attract the right players to your team, how to make sure that they keep themselves motivated, how to make sure that they are passioned, burning with fire for actually achieving your vision, the company’s mission, how to grow the organization. And as I said, there’s a lot of steps in this building a team, but this is also one of the steps actually I want to take with me here is also to weed out the weeds in the team, meaning that I know and if you have a team around you, you know that we do attract people sometimes where there’s no fit and we need to figure out how to see this, but also how to weed them out. And I learned a lot about that process too.
So again, the team and the whole step here, it is sometimes the most challenging part of running a business because one thing is that we need to take care of our own mind and feelings, the body, the psychology that I mentioned before, but now when we have different people and we need to understand work together with them can be very challenging. But that’s one thing. The other thing is it’s totally rewarding, totally rewarding because this is the part where your business will grow. You’ll see people in your team growing as people, as team members. Maybe some of them as leaders with more responsibility and all of that and you will actually see those people going home from work and be happy with what they’re doing, coming home to their families, talking with their friends about your business, everyone’s business and be happy about it. From here, from the heart, this is so rewarding.
And step number five, diving directly into this step and trust me, you will have grown a lot at this point. The fact is you will grow even more as a person, a business owner, an entrepreneur, an operator of a team. You will be challenged with wonderful new opportunities each maybe second but at least each day, and this is what step number five is all about. It’s actually about you becoming a leader, not you being just a part of it all, but being a leader, the visionary, the guy or the woman who’s actually making sure that the business is moving closer toward the vision but also that the team is growing, the organization is growing. So step number five, is you becoming a leader.

Step number six. Have you ever experienced maybe in TV, Formula One the way a team handles the stuff they do when the driver is in pit? This is a team. They’re working together but they have very limited time and it’s a team, but it’s much more than a team. It’s also something very important because it’s a system operating right there. I mean when you’re running a company at this level where we are right now, you have a team around you, you know your sales, you’ve got more money coming in and all of this and you doubled and doubled and doubled and doubled again and your revenue is big enough. The bigger and smaller things in the whole operation begins to count big time. I mean big time.
This can be time, this can be how the different parts of your business is structured and how smoothly it’s running, but it can also be money. If you have a lot of transactions, you probably are totally aware of this, but even 50 cents can count a lot. $1 can be a lot. $10 can make a huge difference. $1,000 can obviously, but the more transactions you have, the small amounts will make a big, big, big, big, huge actually impact on your business results and I could tell you lots of story about how much money, time, customer satisfaction you can actually achieve by systemizing, because that’s the word here. Step number six is systemizing your whole business, the whole thing. I could talk a lot about this, but I look forward to talk and dive deeper into this in future videos.
When you and with or without your people in your team begin to dive into this process systemizing your business, you will again see and achieve big rewards, big, big, big rewards. This step is also about watching the operation of your business from above. Like when you’re watching TV, what’s going on in the pit with the Formula One, same thing, figuring out exactly what should be there, what should be there, what should be said here, what should be said here, structuring the whole thing.
And step number seven. Honestly, you can try to figure all this out yourself. Figuring out how to grow from where you are right now and grow into the person that you actually want to become, need to become to achieve this. Did the desired results in your business in life to achieve your dreams, and this is also stepping into the unknown. Figuring out the strategies and how to in each step, in each seven steps and there’s a lot of small steps in each step. And you might be able to figure out all of this by yourself or you might not. Step seven is vital. Step seven is about you getting support, support to get you from where you are right now and to get you to where you want to be as fast as possible.
And support can be in the form of books, videos, tutorials, program, seminars, all of this. This is all good and can help a lot. I do recommend at this step, step number seven to get the kind of support that my clients decided to get but also the kind of support that I got myself. From where was declared so close to being declared bankruptcy to where I am now, freedom. This kind of support is getting a business coach or mentor, someone who has proven records and someone where you really resonate with them and feel as you met and trust. It’s kind of tricky here, but trust that they can get you where you want to go because they deal with other people.
There are three simple reasons why entrepreneurs invest in mentorship. Number one, they don’t know how to get where they want to be and number two, they want to get where they want to be as fast as possible and number three, they simply can’t do it on their own. And with the right support you will be able to drive in the fast lane and go through these seven steps and achieve the results that you really desire fast.
