How is it going austin may feel here hope you’re doing great today today I just want to take a minute and Share some tips that work for me on those days where you wake up and you just don’t feel like Dude, you don’t you’re lacking motivation. You don’t want to get out of bed. You don’t want to get to work You might have things on your to-do this that you really really are dreading doing And you don’t want to do Do The dreaded First not care if I felt ready right, but do The dreaded first that will get them out of the way As soon as possible you’ll get you’ll feel so much better Though you didn’t want to do that task or those tasks so badly You’ll feel just a big weight lifted off your chest When you move those things out of the way Yeah show up You get up and you show up You’re going to get something done. If you don’t you’re just Completely wasting your life away. You need to rethink your plans and your goals and result I’m sure you have goals. Everybody has skills that everybody’s are different But get up show up do the dreaded task first Okay, just you’ll be amazed and this I’m sure you’ve already thought of this and already know that I’ve heard it over and over again, but it never hurts to hear it again Repetition is key when it comes to self motivation as well I found It really works for me repeat repeat repeat and maybe Get up in the morning and watch some kind of motivational video It can help with your mindset I Hope you have a great rest of your day.
