eBusiness Systems on the Move: London eCommerce Expo 2019

eBusiness Systems prides itself on being at the Forefront of innovative technology from our HR management platform to our eLearning management platform to our Investment management platform. Today, we find ourselves at the London e-commerce Expo 2019 with over 15,000 delegates ranging from anywhere from Google to Shopify. Let’s have a look at what we got up to. Louise we find ourselves at the london in eCommerce Expo 2019. You just have finished a course with relation to e-commerce. How did the eB-Learn platform facilitate this learning for you? -It did really good at it because the platform was very easy to use and it gave us really an experience where it moved us from the starting point to the finish point and you could actually see how it processed and the good thing about it is that it really guides you through. So that when you finish one session It kind of lead you on to the next one without missing on anything or as you go along and that was really good about it. There were many features, like for example the forum, with the forum we could share ideas make our own research, but then be argumentative about someone else’s research and see how these relate to each other or what differences we managed to find and link them together. So that was really fun to do with other students and then there was the conference as well which really helped us get together during this course and we could literally continue the course from our own space, but at the same time learning together. – The fact that the course was online gave me the flexibility to follow the courses in my own time and even allowed for cross communication with other people following the course. – So basically I found it very user-friendly and easy to follow. There are a lot of resources in the platform. So it helped me get more information to make my assignments and I think it gave the course a more professional way how it was delivered. – Well, as I said earlier one can watch both the online presentations, which obviously the lectures will be will be presenting them and explaining while gaining feedback together and one good thing that this platform had is that the students can gather feedback and discuss all the matters with related to the course together basically. – I thought the independent learning with all of the videos was helpful. I thought the fact that I could download all of the slides was also excellent because then I could go back to it and refer to it even afterwards when I didn’t have access to the videos. I enjoyed the face-to-face or group classes simply because it was an opportunity to fill in the gaps, to get personal experiences. So that was helpful. I got to say though the thing I enjoyed the most was working with one of my other students on the team project. I think independent learning is very difficult for a lot of people and therefore the team projects, although it was difficult to fit in time wise and everything else with people who are working. The truth is I think that there’s kind of collaborations you really get more from. – Well the platform enabled blended learning which is ideal in today’s world where everyone is on the go. Besides that it had two main features, which I particularly liked and mainly the chat box where I used to have a query or a question and I used to answer and get instant replies. Besides that, the video conference has helped me study from home and being in touch with both the tutor and my peers. – That brings an end to an exciting two days at the London eCommerce Expo 2019. We’ve heard from some of the best practitioners in the marketing and in the technological field and everyone in eBusiness Systems is glad to have been a part of it. Thank you for your time.
