The most exciting thing were the crowds we had 250 partners in the room equally split between agency partners and tech partners, more than double where we were a year ago, so many of these partners have started working really intently with BigCommerce only in the last six months and already the business opportunities and the merchants we’re serving together are fantastic. This is our first anniversary of being in market and I’ve never seen another vendor do that as successfully as we’ve done it here today. I’m so proud of that achievement and it’s down to the vision that the company has, the vision our leadership has to go and execute, invest in a market and get behind our partners to to really change ecommerce. And it’s a super exciting time to be here. So the professional services of BigCommerce have been really key in our support and driving forward, there’s not many platforms that will give you so much support that we’ve had from BigCommerce, which is great and we have real direct contact So if you really ask the questions, we get a view of what’s on the roadmap So we know as a brand this is what we’re going to drive and achieve towards and so the implementation Services has been really key for us as we’re a small brand So we rely heavily on our third parties, and we wanted it to be a partnership. This time We spent a lot of time getting our technical systems correct into an area whereby we can move and move on to follow what we want to follow which is a real omni-channel process for our customers and quite frankly our current platform isn’t going to help us move in the way we want to move So we’re going to move forward with BigCommerce and deliver a great omni-channel experience. A lot of what BigCommerce is offering is pretty much what our customers are asking for now. They’re looking for flexibility, they’re looking for a technology that is gonna keep up to date with what their needs are Blood spill ii allows us as an agency to be more creative with a technology to suit our customers where they want to differentiate themselves in the marketplace. Some really impressive brands that are actually attending the session today, so It’s also obviously been very crowded. So, you know lots of retailers here There’s obviously lots of demand and I think you know, the whole platform landscape is evolving quite in a very interesting way so, you know some of the more traditional platform providers who perhaps have an innovative at pace, I think you know the likes of BigCommerce coming into this market in a much bigger bigger way You know is is a reflection of the fact that there’s demand out there for the choice So just in the same way as we’re innovating in payments and providing Alternative ways for the consumer to checkout, you know BigCommerce is providing alternative solutions for retailers as well.
