Yes so Neto is essentially an All-in-One Retail management platform We allow retailers and wholesalers that are product-based to sell everywhere and manage everything and it’s this all-in-one solution which really provides the competitive advantage for retailers and for wholesalers so we’re very much, we started here seven years ago very much about configuring everything for the Australian market place and that’s where we’ve come from A lot of our work now is going into internationalizing our platform. Certainly for two things, one to allow Australian retailers to sell overseas and then obviously as a Neto as a SaaS platform starts to move into the global environment…so a pretty exciting space! It’s a really interesting space And i think a lot of customers we had started their life as pure online play and we’ve got a number then that are still pure online play and then we’ve got the bricks and mortar ones. And we’re actually seeing emerging now the most successful ones generally are those that can combine the two – the online play and some bricks and mortar so i think you know when you’re first starting out in retail most retailers have that challenge that they actually need to be able to sell more – they gotta find customers, get them into the funnel, sell sell sell! But what’s interesting then, is as they start to sell more you actually need to make a more profitable business and that’s where Neto really comes in being the platform where we allow them to sell more on the front end, help them do that but it’s this ‘manage everything’ with the shipping, the integration with the inventory management, the order management And that is what we’re really seeing with successful ones – they’re good at that: they’re good at the front and they’re good at the back… of house management There’s been a lot of anticipation i think about Amazon coming into the Australian market and in some respects i think it’s almost a little bit misguided, I mean we have been able to purchase off Amazon here for many years, but what’s different about It now is when we start to bring in the Amazon model beyond the marketplace where they’ll have it fulfilled by Amazon and Amazon itself selling. So I think that’ll be really interesting I actually think there’s going to be winners and losers I do think that any retailer in Australia that is not on Amazon certainly needs to think seriously about their business strategy – I think it’s going to be a really important marketplace Some of the research that Neto has undertaken has shown that up to 60 to 70 percent of people intend to start purchasing on Amazon when it arrives so that’s interesting data that we’ve been capturing. But i think the other thing is that there’s going to be a big impact actually on the freight market… and the shipping side of things. I’m not sure that Amazon is that naive to come here and think that they’re going to get freight to the same that they’ve got in the US, but certainly I think freight – so reduced shipping costs for retailers and wholesalers and let’s face it a lot of times it’s actually the retailer or wholesaler that’s actually covering shipping so while they may be playing in a more competitive marketplace with Amazon based on price and everything, I think on the other side they might actually see their costs of doing business particularly around shipping being driven down as as shipping companies start to reassess the market and the competition and what’s being expected as a result of Amazon. So i think it’ll be interesting Winners and Losers is my prediction.
